[Map on Streetcode page] Map info and map display

**Environment:** OS, browser, it's version, device (for mobile devices).
**Reproducible:** always, rarely, sometimes etc.
**Build found:** last commit from https://github.com/ita-social-projects/GreenCityClient/tree/dev
E.g. "commit 147fa44"

**Preconditions**
Create streetcode with toponyms
Open a streetcode with present toponyms.
Reduce the size of the map to the continents.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to 'streetcode page'
2. Scroll down to the map section
3. Click on the red dot.

**Actual result**
1. You can see the number of the selected toponym, but for the user, this is unneeded information.
2. On the map are seen duplicated continents, but the
toponym dot is only on one continent.

**Expected result**
1. The information in the toponym's pop-up should display the name of the street, not the id.
2. The maximum size of the map should be reduced, so we can see only one Ukraine for instance.
