[404 page] 404 page is not properly seen

**Environment:** ANY
**Reproducible:** always
**Build found:** last commit from https://github.com/ita-social-projects/StreetCode_Client/tree/develop

**Preconditions**
A) Type in 404 in the URL
OR
B) Go to the about us link in the menu or any other URL that is not provided in the router.E.g.:

**Actual result**
As you can see the 404 page is cut off by the page bar. Image below.

**Expected result**
You need to fix this bug, so the Error page would be displayed properly.
