[Streetcode] The streetcode page does not load correctly if it is not the first streetcode opened

**Severity:** Major.
**Type:** Functional.

**Preconditions**
1. Go to the site as a user.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open any streetcode from the main page.
2. Streetcode is open.
3. Click back to the main page.
4. Choose another streetcode and click on it.
5. Pay attention to how the streetcode page is uploading.

**Actual result**
The loader isn't displayed. For the first few seconds, the data of the previously opened streetcode is displayed.
In the field "Номер стріткоду" a few seconds displayed "ined".

**Expected result**
The loader is displayed and after it, the data of the current streetcode is displayed.
