**Preconditions**
1. Log in as Admin.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Create a new Streetcode or edit that already exists.
2. Enter letters in the field "Номер стріткоду".
3. Pay attention to the area below the field.

**Actual result**
The field is in a red frame.

**Expected result**
The floating label appears "Введіть номер стріткоду від 1 до 9999, будь ласка".
