[Improvement] [StreetCode page] When name or surname moved to the next row the space with dates very small

When width of the page descreasing (850-681px) all evements shrinking and moving to the next rows. The same for Name and Surname. But when the name and/or surname is double and/or has round brackets the space with date becomes too small.

So we propose to increase the space between Name (with surname) and date by 2-3px, so it'll look more aesthetic.

Start at the StreetCode page and inspect its responsive layout between 850px and 681px, focusing on rows containing names, surnames, and dates. The work is done when names with double names or round brackets retain 2–3px more space before the dates and the layout looks consistent at those widths.
