[Admin / Search field] The 'Search' field does not work

**Environment:** Environment: OS, Windows 11

**Preconditions**
1.Go to http://185.230.138.173/admin-panel
2.Login as Admin

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Сlick on the published Streetcode (e.g Роман Ратушний ( Сенека) )
2. Go to 'Search' field in the upper of the site:
- Write data that you want to find in the 'Search' field' (e.g воїн)
- Select the data you want to find from the list and click on it
3. Scroll down a bit the page and click on 'Search' button in the upper right corner of the site:
- Write data that you want to find in the 'Search' field' (e.g Роман Ратушний)
- Click 'Enter' button

**Actual result**
When searching for information in the 'Search' field, the admin is not redirect to the block where this information is located and redirected to the Streetcode
When searching for information from the 'Search' button, no information found

**Expected result**
When searching for information in the 'Search' field, the admin redirects to the block where this information is located
When searching for information from the 'Search' button, the admin redirects to the block where this information is located
