[Admin/Partners] Verify that the admin can add a description to a partner's card

Preconditions

1. The "StreetCode page" is opened.

2. Logged as admin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Scroll down to the "Partners" block.

2. Сlick on the 'Додати' button.

3. Enter the description and all mandatory fields (Title and Logo).

4. Click the 'Save' button.

5. Click the 'Publish' button.

6. Open the Streetcode and check the description in the added partner.

Expected result
The description of a partner's card is displayed properly and in accordance with the mockup.
