[TC][Admin/Text and Video block] Verify in case Admin doesn't enter data in the "Авторство" field, it won't be displayed for the user

**Description**:
Test case verifies in case Admin doesn't enter data in the "Авторство" field, it won't be displayed for the user.

**Preconditions**
The user is logged in as an admin on the "Новий стріткод" page and all required fields for creating a new Streetcode are filled.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to the Text and Video block.
2. No enter data in the field "Авторство".
3. Click on 'Опублікувати' button.
4. Go to the https://streetcode.com.ua/ as a user.
5. Click on the menu icon.
6. Click on the "Стріткоди" link.
7. Click on the Streetcode that you have created.
8. Verify if the field "Авторство" is not displayed for the user.

**Expected result**
The field "Авторство" is not displayed for the user.
