Improvement [Admin/Text and Video block] Does not have a warning or error message when entering an invalid link on a video in the URL field

**Preconditions**
1.Go to http://185.230.138.173/admin-panel
2.Log in as Admin
3.Go to creating a new Streetcode

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to 'Text and Video block'
2. In the field "Відео" add tik tok link ( https://www.tiktok.com/foryou?lang=uk-UA )
this link is invalid as in acceptance criteria says that we can add only YouTube links to Video Block
3. Click on " Попередній перегляд "button

**Actual result**
The video is not added below and can't be viewed. A warning or error message doesn't appear.

**Expected result**
The video is not added below and can't be viewed. A warning or error message appears ( e.g: 'Ведіть ,будь ласка, тільки youtube.com силку. Це поле не підтримує інші формати URL')
