[TC][Art gallery block] Check the ability to view the text of the image after hovering over it

**Description:**
This test case verifies the behavior of the description in an open and closed image.

**Preconditions**
The StreetCode with two or more images with descriptions in the "Арт-галерея" block has been created.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open the StreetCode page.
2. Scroll down to the art gallery block.
3. Hover over the image.
4. Click on the image.
5. Move the mouse cursor away from the image.
6. Click the right arrow.
7. Click the left arrow.

**Expected result:**
1. When the user hovers over an image, the description and title are displayed.
2. When the picture is open, the description is displayed to the user, but it should disappear after 3 seconds.
3. If the user hovers over the image, it should reappear.
4. When switching photos, the description changes according to the selected photo.
