**Steps to reproduce**
1. Input a valid URL endpoint [https://backend.historycode.online/api/streetcode/Update](url)
2. Click on 'Send' button

**Expected result**
Status code - 200 OK
The status of streetcode is changed to "Чернетка" and it is displayed on the streetcodes list. Streetcode not visible to users.
