[TC][Admin/Partners page] [Functionality] Admin is able to change "History-коди" page from a dropdown list.

**Preconditions**
1. Go to the site - https://frontend.historycode.online/admin-panel.
2. Login as admin.
3. Go to the block "Admin/Партнери".
4. There are created partners on the partners page.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Choose any partner.
2. Click on an icon "Edit" in the column "Дії"
3. Change the streetcodes in the field to "History-коди".
4. Click the button "Зберегти"
5. Close the modal window.
6. Click on an icon "Edit" again.

**Expected result**
1. A message is displayed on the screen "Партнера успішно додано/оновлено!".
2. In the modal window displayed updated streetcodes in the filed "History-коди".
