[TC][Admin/Partners page] [Functionality] Admin is able to close the modal window by clicking the button Close "X"

**Preconditions**
1. Go to the site - https://frontend.historycode.online/admin-panel.
2. Login as admin.
3. Go to the block "Admin/Партнери".

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Click on the "Створити партнера" button.
2. Enter text in the mandatory "Назва" field (e.g., "Партнер").
3. Upload an image in an accepted format to the mandatory "Лого" field. Format files ("jpeg", "png", "webp"). The file size limit to 3 MB.
4. Click the button Close "X".

**Expected result**
After repeated clicking on the "Створити партнера" button, in the modal window all info will not save.
