Guest's home page footer

**As a Guest, I want to see the home page footer, so that I can navigate the functional in a Guest role.**
_Acceptance criteria:_
1. When a Guest opens the home page, he/she can see the home page footer on the bottom.

2. Guest’s home page footer has to contain two functional clickable buttons and a copyright text:
- The “Privacy Policy” button;
- The “Terms of Use” button;
- The “© 2023 All rights reserved” copyright text.
3. When a Guest scrolls the home page up and down, the footer is not fixed on the home page bottom.
4. When a Guest clicks on the “Privacy Policy” button, then the “Privacy Policy” page appears.
5. When a Guest clicks on the “Terms of Use” button, then the “Terms of Use” page appears.
6. The “© 2023 All rights reserved” copyright text should be displayed on the left of the footer.

No file or test is named. Start at the guest home-page entry point and compare the supplied mockup with the existing page structure. Done means the footer shows the required copyright text and two working links, remains in normal page flow while scrolling, and opens the specified pages.
