Description

Problem description

The currently used release notes generation from github doesn't really support separated modules.
Because of this the issues are partially not correctly listed.

Desired solution

Alternative: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/release-changelog-builder

Additional context

#118

Research direction

Review the current GitHub-generated release notes setup and issue #118 first, then evaluate the proposed release-changelog-builder action. Done means release notes list issues correctly for separated modules and the new generation workflow is documented or configured consistently.
