Description
Many of the code examples of the C++ Core Guidelines are missing the namespace qualifier. For consistency and readability, I'm strongly in favor of namespace qualifiers. Many readers may not know whether a name refers to a user-defined function or is from the std or gsl namespace.
I suggest, therefore, that all names are fully qualified. If this is fine, I add the qualified names to the existing document. If a name creates a layout issue, I use a using declaration. In the end, you always know the source of the name.
