Description

In https://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines#c8-use-class-rather-than-struct-if-any-member-is-non-public

we don't made a distinction between data and function members.

While I agree for data members, to mean change them independently, It is less clear to me why all the function members should be public on a struct.

What do you think of struct that have all his data member public but have some member functions private?
