Description

I realize that this is an application problem, but it may also be malformed md.

I'm not able to use CloudConvert's online system (https://cloudconvert.com/md-to-pdf) to convert the guideline from md to PDF. I've been able to use it to convert to docx and then to PDF via Word.

If the goal is to have the greatest availability of the guideline, requiring that people learn to install and run pandoc is, IMNSHO, an unnecessary impediment. Everyone has a PDF reader. If it's too much of a headache to have a PDF auto-generated in parallel with the master commit, then ensuring that there is a simple path to generating a PDF would serve the effort well.

I'm not saying that CloudConvert should be named the Official md to PDF conversion tool of the Core Guidelines, but it does come up at the top of Google search. And when was the last time you went to the second page of a search?
