Description

Hello,

section ES.101 requires bit manipulations to be done on unsigned types. High Integrity C++ has a similar rule http://www.codingstandard.com/section/5-6-shift-operators/ that forbids the usage of bitwise operators on signed types.

Would this enforcement be acceptable for the guidelines?
