Description

### Checklist

- [x] I have searched for [similar issues](https://github.com/isl-org/Open3D/issues).
- [x] For Python issues, I have tested with the [latest development wheel](https://www.open3d.org/docs/latest/getting_started.html#development-version-pip).
- [x] I have checked the [release documentation](https://www.open3d.org/docs/release/) and the [latest documentation](https://www.open3d.org/docs/latest/) (for `main` branch).

### My Question

Does anyone know why the orientated bounding box from a point cloud would spit out duplicate points (i.e. not an actual prism)? Didn't make a bug because I haven't written code to reproduce yet. I was using Python 3.12. volume() returned 0 for the results. Also tried all the permutations of doing it (_minimal, not minimal, robust, and not robust)
