### Proposed new feature or change
Request for supporting 3D mousse under macOS and Linux
### References
3Dconnexion provides an SDK and drivers for the three main desktop operating systems: Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Many libraries and software, such as Metashape and Google Earth, already leverage these 3D mice across all three platforms.
Integrating support for 3Dconnexion devices into the Open3D library would significantly enhance its functionality and user experience.
