crash when click parent dir in open3d draw open dialog

### Describe the issue

The open3d.exe crash on parent click in open dialog.

### Steps to reproduce the bug

```python
1. run open3d.exe draw from command line
2. File >> open
3. repeat click .. to switch to parent dir
```

### Error message

no error message.
