Request to add point order to Open3D PointCloud vizualisation.

### Proposed new feature or change

For a small application in my project(converting one geometry format to another), I needed to check the order of points I visualize with o3d.
It would be useful if it was added to the `o3d.visualization.draw_geometries`function.
