Retaining metadata information while registering multiple clouds

Hi, I use photogrammetry to generate point clouds. I have 7 different point clouds always, which I register to get a megacloud. I have object detection & segmentation information for each of the individual clouds ( object detection & segmentation is performed on 2D & projected to 3D ). I'm exploring ways to collate all the information to retain it in the megacloud for further processing. Is there any available solutions for this ? Or any idea ?.
