Add Support for wired Kinect Azure Master/Subordinate Triggers

Hi,

It doesn't appear that the library supports external synchronized recording with wired sensors.

For example, this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/kinect-dk/record-external-synchronized-units

Let me know if I'm wrong. It would be very useful for writing a custom recording interface.
