Scrollback freezes during cat of enormous text file (with ‘exit’ workaround)

It might work better to pipe the whole blasted directory tree straight into an exclude file...

But then again, perhaps not. The needed include file became 14.99Mb, and to cat that to the console causes overflow which leaves the prompt irretrievably invisible (but still functional) below the keyboard, freezes scrollback, and if the situation isn’t realized and the keyboard is hidden, an inaccessible keyboard (meaning that it will not reappear). Only escape is by invoking the radical exit, so due to its current usefulness, I’m closing and ignoring that bug until at least this one no longer needs it.
