pyngrok process failed to start

I am attempting to create/connect to an ngrok tunnel through a python-based program running on iSH, but whenever the software tries I get a large string of red error text and at the end it says "the ngrok process failed to start". I am new to python as a programming language and as a software, so it would be really helpful if you could explain what the fix does and why it works.
