Feature Request: Execute URL Scheme into another app

*Apologies if this already exists, but I couldn’t find it*

I’d love to be able to open an URL into another app from iSH.

My use case:

* Create a file programtically in my iSH folder
* Open the file for editing in IA Writer
* Write the file in IAWriter
* Commit the file into git in ISH

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating iSH’s iOS integration and URL-scheme handling, then determine how external app launching should work for files created in the iSH folder. Done means a URL can be opened in another app such as IA Writer and the documented workflow is supported.
