Process Killing issue & Delete key

I am running executable file in foreground which is in while(1) Not able to kill the process using keyboard ctrl+c. Not even able to suspend the process.
Even Command + C isn’t working (ios).
And also When I press Del key its not deleting from right side of the cursor.

I am using ansi layout bluetooth wireless keyboard Rapoo 8000M
I am running this app one my ipad 9th gen with latest ios version 17.6.
Tried changing different shells to cross verify.
I tried ash bash zsh dash shell till now.

if possible try to provide terminal gui like terminator.. (I don’t know much about this wether this is possible or not)
