Description

When mounting an external folder as `ios-unsafe` and rebooting, the mount-type is discarded and in some cases makes the mount unusable as it will be mounted with the`ios` type.

In this example the folder in question is highlighted with blue, I'm running over SSH for eas of use and have obscured my local path however that shold not be an impact. The highlighted-red section is when the app is closed and reopened.

Research direction

No source file or test is named in the issue. Start by reproducing the external-folder mount as `ios-unsafe`, close and reopen the app, and trace where the mount type is persisted and restored; done means the `ios-unsafe` type remains usable after reopening.
