I encountered such a problem when I tried to install radare2 into iSH‘s Alpine system through dpkg.
The following are the commands I run, which may help solve this problem.
dpkg --add-architecture i386
dpkg -i radare2-dev_5.8.4_i386.deb radare2_5.8.4_i386.deb
