Description
iSH is a very capable application and an emulation feat, however without x86_64 support it is unable to run many popular programs with no 32-bit support (i.e. dotnet)
As the program is open-source, with a sizable community, I think it is appropriate to begin a transition to a x86_64 architecture
Is it possible to start formation of a roadmap?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by mapping the current architecture and emulation constraints, then define a roadmap for beginning x86_64 support; done means an agreed transition plan rather than a single code change.
