Description
iSH: v1.2.3 from App Store;
Device: iPad mini 4;
Keyboard: standalone Apple Magic Keyboard with bluetooth;
1. Missing letters from input from external bluetooth keyboard occasionally.
The first command `eco $SHELL` is missing letters on the terminal but it executes correctly.
The second command `echo $SHELL` is restored from history by the `k` in vi mode.
It means the first command is input correctly on the keyboard but the terminal failed to show all the letters from keyboard input.
2. tree command output is wrong. The output with the find is correct.
