When use command vi, the file content always disappear, cann't see anything.

Environment: IOS15.2
ssh to a ubuntu server, and run command vi on the server.
Problem: Cann't see anything sometimes. And sometimes it works well.
And if quit from vi, and then run command clear and ls for several times, and then run vi once again, the file content will be seen.
