Description
https://gitlab-test.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/12321
Upgrading AppStore v1.1 to TestFlight v1.2.3 allows ```cmake``` to correctly-detect C compiler ABI info. Otherwise iSH functions improperly as if musl-1.2.2-rX is malfunctioning. No indicative error is produced per this condition.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Reproduce the downgrade from TestFlight v1.2.3 to AppStore v1.1 and investigate cmake's C compiler ABI detection, comparing the behavior with musl-1.2.2-rX. Done means the downgrade no longer produces the reported cmake error or an unexplained malfunction.
