Description
Has anyone else using iSH 1.2.2 (178) noticed any of their R packages not working? After updating to that most recent iSH public build that many of the more complex R packages I use stopped working--they either wouldn't load or wouldn't function properly (e.g.'readxl', 'magick', and 'reticulate). I'm using the latest stable Alpine Linux R build (3.6.3) and hadn't updated or changed my R build in any way nor installed any Alpine Linux packages that should have affected R since this last iSH update. I tried to remove and reinstall the R packages but they wouldn't reinstall and run correctly. I ended up reverting back to the filesystem backup I saved before updating iSH, and R and its packages work fine with the previous filesystem. Fyi.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the report on iSH 1.2.2 build 178 with Alpine Linux R 3.6.3, focusing on readxl, magick, and reticulate. Compare package loading and reinstall behavior with the earlier filesystem backup; done means identifying whether the iSH release causes the regression and documenting a reproducible affected case.
