Description

For RSLC, GSLC, and GCOV products generated in ops test environment using CRID X05016, the crosstalk metadata fields are populated with all zero values. See screenshots below for example granule IDs and plots of RSLC and GCOV.

Once these crosstalk values are populated in the RSLC product, then the downstream GSLC and GCOV workflows should automatically take this data and populate their respective crosstalk datasets correctly.

Once RSLC is correctly populated, then @gshiroma and @seongsujeong should validate GCOV and GSLC products correctly parsed and geocoded this metadata. In particular, care should be taken with the edge case of Mixed Mode.

My understanding is that @bhawkins is in-progress on the work to populate this field, but let's go ahead and track the issue.
