Description

I prepared my stack with isce2 stackSentinel.py option. Than processed it with dolphin and everything goes fine and I cerated my output files. But when I tried to open my velocity.tif file in QGIS I took unknown CRS warning. (This layer appears to have no projection specification). Maybe it will be about my isce2 .vrt outputs. Do you know any way to fix this situation?

P.S. I added my output folder and velocity .tif file.

Research direction

Start with the attached bursa.zip, especially the output folder, velocity.tif, and the ISCE2 .vrt files. Open velocity.tif in QGIS and inspect whether the projection metadata is absent or lost during the stackSentinel.py and dolphin processing flow. Done means the generated velocity.tif opens in QGIS without an unknown-CRS warning and has the expected projection specification.
