Open discussions tab?

**Problem.**
The issues tab has mixed questions and actual development focused problems. It makes it hard for people to see what the current development is trying to achieve (through enhancements) or even if the technical problem they are currently facing is being worked on/has been solved.
I could be wrong here. I'm just putting my two cents out there, but I think this could really help clear by the 195 "issues" plaguing the repository.

Open the discussions tab so that questions and community feedback are more freely done.
