[Suggestion] Make repos with snapshots accessible in one method

Description
i think it'd be more elegant to do something like
repositories {
terraformersMC(includeSnapshots = true)
}
as opposed to the current system where you'd have to write almost the same line twice. and if you only want snapshots you could just do it as-is:
repositories {
terraformersMCSnapshots()
}
unless i'm misunderstanding something foundational about maven repositories i think this would be cool.
