Description

Bug Description

Hello! I found a bug with Debugify. Whenever I go to create a new world and then press “Cancel”, the button doesn’t work and I can’t leave the menu normally. I’m 100% sure it’s caused by Debugify, because the issue disappears when I remove the mod.

How to Reproduce?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch the game with Debugify installed.
  2. Go to Singleplayer.
  3. Press “Create New World”.
  4. Press the “Cancel” button.
  5. Nothing happens / the menu does not close.
Expected Behavior

Expected behaviour:
Pressing the “Cancel” button should close the “Create New World” menu and return the player to the Singleplayer screen.

Version

1.21.11

Fabric/Quilt Loader Version

0.141.3+1.21.11

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with Debugify on version 1.21.11 using the listed Singleplayer and Create New World steps. Trace the behavior when Cancel is pressed and compare it with the expected return to the Singleplayer screen. Done means the menu closes normally and the behavior no longer occurs.
