[Bug] Fanatec and Moza Racing Sim Devices being picked up on first launch, near impossible to disable

Description
Current Behaviour
Hi, I have a racing sim connected to my PC and when I started playing the new Fabulously Optimized 14.0.0 modpack (for Minecraft 26.2) I am immediately met with inputs switching between my mouse and the Fanatec Shifter/Handbrake and Moza Steering Wheel in the start menu. This causes the buttons in the startup menu of Minecraft to flicker uncontrollably and I have to repetitively click in order to navigate through the UI.
Expected Behaviour
I do not believe Fanatec/Moza devices should be picked up immediately as usable devices. If a user chooses to use them, they should be configurable, but currently the UI is near impossible to navigate.

Reproduction Steps
- Have a Fanatec or Moza Racing Sim connected to PC (Does not need to be powered on, their USB device status is still connected)
- Launch Minecraft 26.2
- Immediate input issues

Additional Information
I tested on both Windows and MacOS (Split KVM on my desktop as I work from my MacBook) and this issue happened on both MacOS 26.5.2 and Windows 11
Just to make sure...
- I have made sure I am using the latest version of Controlify for the latest version of Minecraft.
- I have made sure there are no other issues describing the same problem on the issue tracker.
