Hello! Your modification is wonderful, the best of all for gamepads, but...
when creating items or trading with villagers, you first have to choose an item recipe or deal on the left, and then move the cursor to the right for a long time and pick up the created or purchased item.
I would like it to work (like on Bedrock). One click on the recipe on the left instantly puts a ready-made item in the inventory; the "take stack" button on the recipe instantly puts a stack of ready-made items in the inventory; It's the same with the resident, only the deal is selected, not the recipe.
Looking ahead, I know that your modification is friendly to other modifications, but again, but...
they take a long time to update, yours comes out faster; and I don't even know if there are modifications that satisfy my suggestion outlined above.
And one more suggestion. To ensure that this request does not cause problems with other modifications when implemented, I suggest making it disabled by default, but available for inclusion in the settings.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the controller handling for crafting and villager trading, then find the settings entry point; done means selecting a recipe or deal immediately adds the result or stack, with the behavior disabled by default and configurable.
