Description
Mod Info (fill out the following information)
- Mod name: CC:Tweaked/Envelope
- Mod version: 1.119.0, 0.6.2 (both latest)
Describe the problem
Text boxes in both mods fail to select automatically despite the cursor appearing. For CC:Tweaked this is in the computer window, for Envelope it happens with Address Tags. Both features work fine without Controlify present.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Place computer or acquire tag
- Open your computer or tag
- Observe the text cursor and try to type things
- See that it doesn't despite
- Select text box and it starts working again.
Expected behavior
I would expect the text boxes to function as they do on their own.
Minecraft Info (please complete the following information):
- OS: [e.g. Windows 11]
- Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
- Controlify Version: 3.0.0+lts
Additional context
No controller is connected. The mod is merely present in the game.
Has been tested with just Controlify and CC:Tweaked (and YACL, but I have verified that it is not the issue.)
As far as I can tell, this bug does not generate logs.
It is possible (and likely) that other mods also have this issue, but I have not seen them.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. First reproduce the issue with Controlify present but no controller, using CC:Tweaked computers and Envelope Address Tags, then compare text-input behavior with Controlify absent. Done means both text boxes accept typing automatically when opened, without requiring manual selection.
