<No Chat Reports> Makes on-screen keyboard for chat not work properly

Describe the problem
Trying to type in chat with the on-screen keyboard while No Chat Reports is installed causes the on-screen keyboard to not work properly. Switching to vmouse mode does work, but is also a bit buggy.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Both Controlify and No Chat Reports in a new instance
2. Open chat and try to use on-screen keyboard
3. Doesn't work

Expected behavior
To be able to type on the on-screen keyboard normally

Additional context
I think No Chat Reports is causing the controller to focus on the chat report info icon in the bottom right instead of the on-screen keyboard, and there's no way to switch focus back to the on-screen keyboard as far as I can tell. This bug was also mentioned in another issue, but it was closed since it wasn't mentioned that No Chat Reports was what was causing the issue. https://github.com/isXander/Controlify/issues/779

Start by reproducing the issue with Controlify and No Chat Reports installed, then compare the focus behavior with No Chat Reports absent. Review the related issue #779 and trace the chat screen's focus handling; done means the on-screen keyboard can be selected and used normally without switching to vmouse mode.
