Gui snapping issues in QIO interface (AE2 alternative).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use QIO Dashboard
  2. Attempt to use controller
  3. See issue

Expected behavior
Able to snap to specific items in the grid.

Other mekanism GUI's function better but still partial issues in pop-up windows.
