Description

Current Behaviour

The virtual cursor appears to get very jittery at lower FPS. To the point of wildly flipping between the top and bottom of the screen with no input sometimes.

(Side note, I am unsure if it's actually the low FPS or if the actions I take to raise the FPS somehow temporarily fix the problem, as I end up leaving the menu to go clear out some mobs.)

Expected Behaviour

No jittery cursor.

Reproduction Steps

As stated above, lower FPS appears to be the cause, somehow.
Like, 11-15 FPS (Yes, I know, it's bad.).
