[Bug] When pressing Y on xbox controller the game shuts down

Description
Current Behaviour
I am currently using the Fabulously Optimized 1.21.1 modpack and for some reason, when I press Y on my controller the game just shuts off, it happens not only on my PC, I tested it on another PC and the result is the same.
Help plz...
Expected Behaviour
After pressing Y in game the inventory screen should appear, I couldnt get any further than this.
I saw in controls settings that Y button was assigned, to other actions, but I couldn't test them

Reproduction Steps
- Open game with the 6.4.0v modpack installed
- Open your world
- Press Y on your Xbox controller
- The game should shut down
