[Bug] VMouse Scroll Up/Down Sensitivity Too High

Current Behaviour

The sensitivity of the VMouse Scroll Up/Down actions is extreme high, regardless of if a button or a joystick is linked to that action, trying to scroll (i.e. Minecraft's materials inventory) results in almost jumping to the end of the list instead of in small increments like in other mods or the physical mouse wheel.
Changing the Vmouse sensitivity does not affect this at all, only the pointer.

Expected Behaviour

Using the button linked to the Vmouse Scroll Up/Down actions should result in a scroll up or down action similar to moving the mouse wheel in small increments. Check midnight controls for reference.

Reproduction Steps

1. Bind VMouse Scroll Up/Down actions to a specific button or joystick.
2. Go to the Minecraft Creative Mode materials selection inventory and try to scroll down/up
3. The list scrolls super fast to the bottom/top
