How to change color customization?

I want to change my bracket colorizer settings and I searched for this:

I find `Neutral` at D:\Apps\Anaconda\pkgs\ipython-7.18.1-py38h5ca1d4c_0\Lib\site-packages\IPython\utils#\PyColorizer but there is no bracket colorizer settings.(I am using Win10-Windows Terminal-Light)
